Mimi Kamilar,
Chief Relationship Builder

Mimi is a community-minded professional, driven by a life-long desire to unleash the good in people and improve society both in Israel and around the world.

Mimi was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, and graduated high school in Northern California. She earned a B.A. from York University in Toronto and spent most of her time in a leadership role in the Jewish Students Network, while making Swiss truffles on the side for her family business Chocolate Charm. She then moved to Israel where she developed Jewish student leadership and graduated with an M.A. in International Relations from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

After working alongside amazing professionals and volunteers at several projects including at the Jewish Agency, the World Union of Jewish Students and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), Mimi established On Track Consulting to build relationships between Israeli nonprofit leaders and philanthropic leaders.

Mimi CHAVA WEISS,
GRANT WRITING WIZARD

Chava has been working in resource development for more than 20 years. In her first position at Bar-Ilan University, she played a key role in advancing academic and capital projects. As a consultant to academic institutions, she has developed projects to advance colleges in Israel’s socio-economic peripheries. She has also cultivated donors and created compelling case statements to win support for advocacy and community development NGOs.

She began her career as a book editor in New York City and is an instructor in English editing at David Yellin College. She is the author of the children’s book, I am Israeli (Mitchell-Lane, 2016).

Mordi is an expert in packaging design, branding and print materials. His work with visual concepts creates an entire experience to enhance and improve the external documentation we provide our clients.

Mordi sees design as a cultural “language,” contributing to society in meaningful ways, to advance the achievement of worthy goals. Simplicity, Innovation, and Differentiation are the principles that guide him in developing visual tools.
