Mission Statement: To afford children from mainstream Hassidic homes the opportunity to remain rooted in Torah study and values while preparing for life as an adult that requires professional skills in order to become self-supportive.
OTC’s Role: OTC helped Torah Academy take their vision and ideas and put them into a strategic plan to sustain the school and the network for growth, including speech coaching, and branding services.

Torah Academy’s Story
Rabbi Menachem Bombach noted the difficulties Hassidic students have when they study at University. Yet, the need to earn a decent living is growing in the relatively poor community. He founded Torah Academy as the first high school in Israel to offer an integrated program geared to boys in the mainstream Hassidic community that see an opportunity to combine their traditional education with an opportunity for advancement as adults, through higher education and career opportunities.
