OTC’s Role: OTC was brought on board to develop a capital campaign for The Arad Care Complex of child development, a learning center, a children’s respite center and more.

Arad Care Complex’s Story
The residents of Arad suffered from a declining population, lack of health and educational resources and its remote location. The Arad Care Complex was designed to create a modern state of the art solution that would offer children parallel support services to those available in larger cities across Israel.
